Shipping & Delivery
Any orders totalling £150 or more are delivered completely free of charge!

For any orders under this amount we offer a fixed-price, courier delivery service at a rate of £4.99 across all goods. Destinations in Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of White or any other remote locations may incur additional charges before your goods can be dispatched, and will be shipped with Royal Mail. At this time we do not offer any delivery outside of the UK. Please phone if you require further information regarding delivery charges.

Someone will need to be at the specified address to sign for the goods when they are delivered. If you miss the delivery, a card will be left by the courier company allowing you to re-schedule the delivery or pick up the goods from your local depot. If you have not received your goods within 4 working days then please phone us on 01914 479883 so that we can track your delivery. If for some reason the goods are damaged upon receipt, please mark as ‘goods damaged’ when you sign for them and contact us immediately.
Privacy & Security
No personal details entered into this site will be sold or made available to any 3rd parties. Cab Five will only use these details if getting in contact regarding a query with an order, or to send you the official Cab Five newsletter, if you have signed up for it.

No credit card details are ever entered or stored on this website, all transactions and details entered, whether using RBS WorldPay, or PayPal, are conducted and processed offsite on their respective secure servers. Please read their terms and conditions for more information.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns that are made within 10 days of order confirmation or within 10 days of receiving the goods, whichever is longer, and you will be issued a full refund when all goods are returned. This is so long as the goods are in a brand new and unused condition and still in all of their original packaging. All return delivery costs are to be covered by the customer. If you return goods that are not in the above condition, we reserve the right to return the goods to you and refuse to offer a refund.

If you wish to make a return then please call us on 01914 479883 so that we can process your return and give you further instructions. We cannot process any returns unless you have called us beforehand and we have given you a unique returns number.

We recommend that you return goods using a recorded delivery service as a refund will not be processed until we have successfully received all of the goods in question.
Ordering
When you proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to enter your personal details, your billing address, and your shipping address (if different). You will then select your shipping method, if your order requires a choice. You can then choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card (see footer graphic below for accepted types) by selecting the RBS WorldPay option, or, if you have a PayPal account, you can select this option to pay for your goods through PayPal.

Both options will take you offsite to either RBS WorldPay's or Paypal's own secure site to enter your credit card details, and to process the payment.

At no time will you be asked to enter your Credit Card details on our site, or in any of our emails.

After completing the payment steps with either option, you will receive an order confirmation email from Cab Five, and a payment confirmation email from the payment site chosen.
